This day was a complete accident. I was trying to meet a running group that I never found. And I took this picture with my phone though I could barely see through the sun’s glare.
But life is kinda like that I think.
Sometimes you’re just supposed to be exactly where you are.
Because see while I was out taking a walk all alone in the peace and quiet, my husband was home trying to find the fourth carseat.
So he could get everyone to soccer. And meet me at the field.
And where was it?
In the back of the car I was driving at the time.
So, instead of being gone for two hours I was only gone one.
And even had time to get coffee on the way home.
Before arriving home in time to get everyone to the field.
Ever had one of those days where it seems fate has it more together than you do?
Ok so I cheated just a little bit and didn’t share someone else’s instagram. But, knowing my luck I’d violate someone’s copyright laws.

I know exactly what you mean! These pics look very similar to the Chesebro trails in Old Agoura, CA (15 minutes from Malibu). Where were these taken?
I think that the best days are when you stumble upon something and then run with it. Like embracing the moment like you did.
Beautiful photos.
PS. Doesn’t it always work out that way…husbands never find anything :)
What a great post Mama!! It made me emotional because I have been trying to remind myself all morning there are a reason for things and I have to try and be patient for the answers.
I love those kind of rare days. GORGEOUS photos.
If only they would happen more often.
Sorry, Didn’t mean to make you sad! :(
Men think women have some kind of uterine radar that they don’t!
Beautiful pictures!! And you took them with your phone?? Amazing!
Visiting over through Stacy’s Blog Hop – really like your blog :-)
Have a wonderful week!
To stumble upon a great gift(God’s creation) to us is a rare moment worth capturing. What a blessing to you to have that morning and still get everyone to the field. Thank you for commenting and visiting my blog. :)
That second one is stunning. they all are, but that one esp!
Love it! The old carseat shuffle. My hubby and I have been in this situation many times. We are finally at a point, where our littlest is the only one that still needs a carseat – only one left! Yippee.
Love your photos. I just did a walk through a redwood forest yesterday with friends, and just love nature for soothing the soul. The smell on a nature walk with Redwoods is just divine.
Beautiful captures and a great story to go along with them too! Glad you all made it to soccer on time.
